I’m Storm, Founder of Nova X Solutions.

My professional journey began more than a decade ago in Real Estate, progressing from administrative roles and portfolio management into high level support for Directors running multiple businesses across Perth.
Over the years I built strong client relationships, managed demanding workloads, kept systems operating smoothly in fast moving environments and learnt how to create calm through consistent organisation.
Supporting others has always been the common thread in my career. When I transitioned into the freelance space it allowed me to use my strengths in organisation, decision making, and problem solving to help business owners feel more supported. That chapter eventually grew into something much larger.
Nova X Solutions was created from the belief that business owners do not need to operate in isolation. We grow faster and work smarter when we have the right systems, support, and community around us.
While my work once centred on solely on personal assistance, Nova X has evolved into a collaborative business support hub that brings structure, partnerships, and practical solutions together for Perth professionals.
Another key part of Nova X is the implementation of AI tools that simplify daily operations. This includes workflows, task automations, and AI receptionist systems that support client enquiries and reduce manual workload.
Wellbeing is woven into how I support clients through reminders, structured scheduling, and conversations that encourage balance. Many business owners move at a pace that leaves no room for themselves. I help create space by integrating small, realistic wellbeing practices into their week and ensuring their schedule works for them, not against them.
