I’m Storm, Founder of Nova X Solutions.

My professional journey began more than a decade ago in Real Estate, progressing from administrative roles and portfolio management into high level support for Directors running multiple businesses across Perth. 

Over the years I built strong client relationships, managed demanding workloads, kept systems operating smoothly in fast moving environments and learnt how to create calm through consistent organisation.

Supporting others has always been the common thread in my career. When I transitioned into the freelance space it allowed me to use my strengths in organisation, decision making, and problem solving to help business owners feel more supported. That chapter eventually grew into something much larger.

Nova X Solutions was created from the belief that business owners do not need to operate in isolation. We grow faster and work smarter when we have the right systems, support, and community around us.

While my work once centred on solely on personal assistance, Nova X has evolved into a collaborative business support hub that brings structure, partnerships, and practical solutions together for Perth professionals.

A growing part of this work includes helping clients understand and adopt AI tools in a way that feels practical, ethical, and aligned with how they operate. Rather than adding complexity, the focus is on clarity, confidence, and better use of time.

Wellbeing is also woven into how I support clients. Through considered scheduling, realistic workflows, and regular check-ins, I help create space for balance. Many business owners operate at a pace that leaves little room for themselves. I work alongside them to ensure their schedule supports both their business and their wellbeing.

I remain hands-on and personally involved in every project. I value quality, clarity, and strong working relationships, and my clients trust that I stay present, prepared, and thoughtful in every detail.
