Nova X Solutions is a fractional executive support and business operations partner supporting directors, business owners and professional services leaders across Perth and Brisbane.
We work alongside our clients across both operational and administrative areas, providing executive assistance, business support, project coordination and practical solutions that create structure, reduce pressure and allow leaders to focus on what matters most, without the overhead of a full-time internal team.
Founder Storm Dawson began her professional career more than a decade ago in real estate, progressing from administrative and portfolio management roles into high-level executive support for directors managing multiple businesses across Perth.
Over the years, Storm developed a reputation for creating calm within demanding environments, building trusted client relationships and ensuring businesses continued to operate smoothly through strong organisation, clear communication and dependable support.
Supporting others has always been the common thread throughout her career and life. Moving into the fractional support space provided the opportunity to use those strengths to support business owners in a more meaningful and flexible way through Nova X Solutions.
Today, Nova X operates as a collaborative support team, bringing together executive assistance, administration, project support, communications and operational expertise. Alongside Storm, team members Sienna Dorrington and Jewel Heuer contribute support across client delivery, administration, communications and project coordination, allowing Nova X to provide responsive and scalable support to clients across both Western Australia and Queensland.
Nova X was built on the belief that business owners do not need to operate in isolation. Businesses perform better when leaders have the right systems, support and trusted people around them.
Wellbeing is woven into how we support our clients. Through realistic workflows, considered scheduling and proactive communication, we help create space for sustainable success. Many leaders operate under constant pressure, and our role is often to reduce the mental load that sits behind the scenes.
