Thank you for choosing Nova X Solutions for your Pod Content services. These Terms of Engagement outline the working relationship between Nova X Solutions ("Nova X", "we", "our") and the client ("you", "your").
By submitting a Pod Content Brief or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms.

Services are provided based on the package selected at the time of booking.
To commence work, you agree to provide:
Delays in providing required information or files may impact delivery timeframes.
Standard delivery is 7 to 14 business days from receipt of all required files, assets and information.
Where publishing is included, scheduling will occur once final content has been approved or in accordance with your agreed publishing schedule.
Nova X will professionally select content highlights, create captions and prepare content based on our editorial judgement and your project brief.
While every effort is made to reflect your brand and messaging, final creative decisions remain at the discretion of Nova X unless specific instructions have been provided.
Your package includes reasonable minor revisions.
Examples include:
Additional revisions or requests outside the agreed scope will be charged at $75 + GST per 30 minutes.
Requests outside the purchased package, including additional reels, captions, graphics, editing or content creation, will be quoted separately.
For clients engaging Pod Content+, you are responsible for providing:
Nova X is not responsible for delays caused by unavailable access, platform outages or third-party system issues.
Where account access is required, Nova X may request secure access via a password management platform such as LastPass or another agreed secure method.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining ownership of all accounts.
All original podcast recordings remain the property of the client.
Upon payment in full, the completed edited content produced by Nova X becomes the property of the client.
Nova X retains the right to showcase completed work within its portfolio, website and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Completed project files will be supplied via Microsoft OneDrive unless an alternative shared storage platform has been agreed.
Clients are encouraged to download and archive all deliverables promptly.
Nova X does not guarantee indefinite storage of completed projects.
Invoices are payable prior to commencement unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Work will not commence until payment has been received.
Any additional work requested outside the original package will be invoiced separately.
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, Nova X reserves the right to invoice for work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Nova X will exercise reasonable care and professional skill in delivering all services.
