Based in Brisbane, Jewel represents Nova X across our growing Queensland client base while supporting our national content and podcast production services.
Alongside her husband, Steve, Jewel owns and operates Ultra Shine Aviation Brisbane, giving her firsthand experience in running a service-based business where exceptional customer service, communication and attention to detail are at the heart of every client interaction.
Prior to relocating to Brisbane, Jewel built a highly successful nail artistry business in Perth, earning an outstanding reputation for client satisfaction and her exceptional artistic talent. Her intricate nail art saw her recognised with multiple industry competition awards, reflecting the creativity, precision and dedication she brings to every project she undertakes.
Jewel is a passionate advocate for outstanding customer experiences and believes that every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen relationships and build trust.
