These Terms of Engagement outline the services, responsibilities and expectations relating to your Pod Concierge booking. By submitting your booking request, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.
Nova X Solutions will provide the podcast post-production and content services selected by the client in accordance with the chosen Pod Concierge package.
Services are based on professionally recorded video and audio content supplied by the client or an approved studio partner.
Work will commence once:
Projects requiring additional information may experience revised delivery timeframes until all required material has been received.
All Pod Concierge packages are invoiced prior to commencement.
Payment may be made via EFT or secure online card payment using the payment options provided on the invoice.
Where Nova X has agreed to alternative arrangements in writing, invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date.
Work may be paused or withheld until outstanding invoices have been paid.

Additional editing outside the selected package scope will be charged at:
$75 + GST per 30-minute editing block
No additional editing will be undertaken without client approval.
One reasonable round of revisions is included within each package.
Additional revision requests, changes outside the original brief or further editing requested after delivery will be charged at:
$75 + GST per 30-minute block
Where publishing services have been selected, clients agree to provide the necessary platform access.
Nova X recommends sharing credentials securely via LastPass or by providing user access where supported by the platform.
Any login credentials supplied are securely stored within Nova X's encrypted password management system (LastPass) and are used solely for delivering the agreed services.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining ownership and security of their accounts.
Nova X may utilise industry-standard production software together with AI-assisted tools to improve workflow efficiency for services such as transcription, caption drafting and content preparation.
Every deliverable is personally reviewed by the Nova X team prior to delivery to ensure quality, accuracy and consistency.
Pod Concierge packages are designed for professionally recorded studio content.
Nova X cannot improve recordings affected by poor audio quality, missing footage, microphone failure, corrupted files or other recording issues outside our control.
Ownership of all completed project assets transfers to the client upon payment in full.
Nova X retains ownership of its internal systems, templates, workflows, production methods and intellectual property used in delivering the service.
Completed assets will be delivered via a secure Microsoft OneDrive folder unless an alternative client file-sharing platform has been agreed.
Where clients provide access to their own cloud storage system, files may be delivered directly into that platform.
Nova X retains project files for 30 days following final delivery.
Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing all completed assets.
Where publishing services are included, Nova X will upload and schedule content using the access provided by the client.
Nova X is not responsible for delays, outages, platform updates or technical issues relating to third-party platforms including, but not limited to, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
All recordings, supplied assets, business information and client data are treated as strictly confidential.
Nova X will not disclose, distribute or share client information except where required to deliver the agreed services.
Nova X will not use podcast recordings, branding or completed content for promotional purposes without the client's prior consent.
